Pleasant Harbor Marina
Directions
'The Phoenix' Cruise Boat is located at Pleasant Harbor Marina in Peoria, Arizona. Please note we are NOT located at Scorpion Bay Marina. Pleasant Harbor Marina is located at the southeast corner of Lake Pleasant, off Carefree Highway (74). Turn at 87th Ave. and head north to the point of entry gate.

Arrival
Go through the point of entry gate. There is a $7/car ($2/person on a chartered bus) entry fee to get into the park. You may purchase Gate Passes for all of your guests for a flat $100 fee.
​
Parking is available in the paved lot next to the fire station, with the blue canopy.
​
Shuttles
After you park you may wait under the blue canopy for a golf cart shuttle or take the 5-10 minute walk down to the marina. Shuttles run 24/7 to and from the blue canopy. Please note the shuttle service is provided by Pleasant Harbor, not Lake Pleasant Cruises.

Food
Details
We recommend the charterer chooses from our recommended caterer list. However, the charterer may also use their own caterer or bring their own food, but a $200 cleanup fee will apply. Lake Pleasant Cruises can sell snacks (popcorn, chips and candy), upon request. Charterer may bring cake or cupcakes on board, at no additional charge.

Bring Your Own Food
Charterer may use their own caterer​ or bring their own food, but a $200 fee will apply. Charterer is responsible for all set up, serving and clean up of food with this option.
Snacks
​
Lake Pleasant Cruises can provide snacks for purchase, upon request. Snacks include popcorn, chips, nuts, candy and a variety of other items. Prices range from $1 to $5. Snacks may be paid for by charterer, or purchased by guests (CASH ONLY).

Boat Rules
​​

Passengers must stay on the boat. There is no swimming, jumping, fishing, etc. allowed.

No outside drinks or alcohol is allowed. This includes gift exchange items, presents, etc.

No smoking on board. This is Arizona State Law and will be strictly enforced.

Arizona Law requires children 12 and under to wear a life jacket at all times while on board the boat.
-
No candles, sparklers, bottle rockets, firecrackers, or any other fireworks are allowed on property.
-
No weapons or firearms are allowed on property or vessel.
-
No animals are allowed aboard the vessel, with the exception of service animals.

Details
Lake Pleasant Cruises 'The Phoenix' features a full-service bar with soda, coffee, beer, wine and mixed drinks available for purchase (CASH ONLY). All beverages must be purchased through Lake Pleasant Cruises. Special beverage orders available, upon request.

No-Host Bar
Charterer may select what they would like to have available for purchase. Guests will purchase drinks themselves (CASH ONLY).

Half-Hosted Bar
​
Charterer may choose to pay for certain beverages, for example, non- alcoholic beverages only. Drink tickets are also available and charterer may select how many tickets per person. Drinks will be billed on a per- drink basis to the charterer (20% service charge applies). Guests may purchase additional beverages themselves (CASH ONLY).

Hosted Bar
Charterer may choose to host all beverages. Charterer may select what drinks are available. Drinks will be billed on a per-drink basis to the charterer (20% service charge applies).
Decorations
Details
Lake Pleasant Cruises provides all tables and chairs. Charterer is responsible for all decorating and removal of decorations. This includes, but is not limited to, table clothes, centerpieces, flowers, photos, signs, etc.
